Movies Watched 2019

So I like doing my “Movie a Day” Blogs but life gets in the way sometimes…
As of August 8th, I have started keeping lists on movies I watch, as I watch them, just to keep track. I started this list about half way through 2019, and some days I would watch one a day, sometimes more (like on holidays). I am constantly recording movies but not necessarily watching them right away. At one point I had over 300 items on my PVR (including TV shows as well). So this is a list of movies watched in 2019, some I’d already seen, but most of them were ones I was watching for the first time. And, for the most part, these were recorded on TCM. For various reasons, I haven’t seen many films in theatres this year. Some will have notes, and some won’t.
Also, after years of not “getting” Westerns, I have found myself really loving them. Also, I can’t say enough about TCM and their awesome programming. I especially enjoy Friday nights and TCM Underground, which is where they play subversive movies, and Saturday nights where they show Noir Alley, all film noir movies! If you are a film fan and don’t have TCM, you should! Unfortunately cable stations seem to not like TCM and have taken it off their cable packages, and I have to pay an extra few dollars a month just for TCM. But for me, it’s worth it!
